While visiting my family at Easter in Saskatchewan I was lucky enough (or unlucky – depending how you look at it) to experience the freezing cold and somewhat of a blizzard on Easter weekend! I took advantage and had a walk through my old neighbourhood where I grew up. Remembering places and moments as a kid growing up in rural Saskatchewan. I always feel it was a privilege to grow up where I did.
And just 2 days later, wonderful spring weather and a meltdown that was also worthy of some photos. This being the little back alley that we played hot wheel cars and built cities for hours on end. This meltdown brought back a lot of childhood memories. As a child I had a very vivid, precise imagination and experienced many other worlds in this dirt alley. It is funny what triggers those memories hidden way in the deepest corner of our mind.
digging these shots Rob, reminds of our childhood too and all the good times we had together as kids…so fun!
Thanks Bren – always great memories.
